Anna Draffin is a strategically focussed, social intrapreneur with 15+ years’ senior executive experience in business strategy, philanthropic investment and positive change leadership within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations across the corporate, government and non-profit sectors in Australia and overseas. She has coached and worked with dozens of boards and businesses to build and translate innovation and shared value into sustainable, commercial models. Anna is Executive Director of ShareGift Australia, the shared value platform for ASX-listed companies and shareholders to aggregate share capital for the community’s benefit. She is also a board director of a women-led, social housing organisation, the former deputy of Australia’s peak body for philanthropy, and has held senior leadership roles within government and various non-profits. Anna is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds a B.Comm/BA and is a scholarship graduate of the General Manager Program (Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW). She is committed to driving social innovation and CSR (corporate social responsibility) through a variety of forms.
